Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and pursuant to EU Reg. no. 679/2016, the appointed attorney, as data controller, informs that the personal data acquired on the basis of this assignment will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and in relation to the execution of the mandate received. In particular, the attorney appointed, pursuant to art. 13 EU Reg. n. 679/2016, informs that the personal data provided by the interested party may be processed with electronic and non-electronic tools, and will be processed in order to comply with the contractual obligations that have arisen and fulfill the consequent obligations.
The personal data in question may also be communicated – in order to allow the correct carrying out of the mandate received as well as the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations – to third parties and/or public authorities.
